Firstly we help people slow down. We guide people through simple exercises of breathing, connection, and helping others and then debrief on each experience.
We share the neuroscience behind each exercise and the positive impact each one has on engagement, productivity and ultimately creative a more sustainable bottom line.

About our experience facilitators
Ronan Mac Domhnaill
Ronan is the Founder of Cred.
Cred specialises in helping develop conscious leaders so that we build better organisations and communities. Their work focuses in the areas of mental health, connection and social impact.
In 2017, Cred’s work in behaviour change was recognised by the New South Wales (NSW) Government in Australia.
Ronan brings over 20 years experience and expertise from the technology, education, engineering, communications, National Governing Body and work with government fields. Originally from a technology background, Ronan became a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the Neuroleadership Institute in 2015.
He has coached and trained over 10,000 professionals and students throughout the world.
Kendra Strudwick
Kendra has two decades of Leadership Training and Executive Coaching experience, partnering at the CEO and senior management levels with organizations such as AMP, AGL, KPMG, IAG, Seagate, SAP, Caltex, ResMed, and the Australian Taxation Office. She is the Head of Learning in APAC for the NeuroLeadership Institute and is well-regarded within the International Coaching Community for her skill, generosity, and passion.
With over 6,000 client-facing hours, Kendra has the quiet confidence and presence to tackle the toughest coaching assignments. She particularly enjoys working with ‘the uncoachable’.
Kendra’s coaching approach is a fusion of applied neuroscience, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioral therapy. When working with Kendra, you can expect to be inspired, challenged, and championed, achieving real change in weeks. not months. When facilitating, Kendra is an ‘edutainer’.
