She has been an integral part of the development team for several Australian projects. With a strong foundation in project management, Arya began her career as a project management trainer at Synergy School of Business Skills, where she gained valuable experience in Agile methodology and project management software such as MS Project and Primavera P6.

At Metarouge, Arya started in Software Quality Assurance and quickly transitioned to the role of Business Analyst, further expanding her skill set and industry expertise.
