How Cred helps

The Cred app helps you slow down for a few moments each day. Cred helps you live more consciously, more mindfully and with more intention each day.

Our education programs teach the neuroscience of how to build habits that last. We teach you about your brain’s capacity to learn, how to create the right conditions in your brain and the neuroscience of giving.

The Cred community provides a sense of connection and belonging with other people around the world who share similar interests and passions.

How it works

1. Use the Cred app to complete simple daily actions - a morning check-in, an action to help yourself, an action to grow as a person, an action to help others and an evening reflection.

2. See patterns, trends, and create your own insights using your personal dashboards.

3. Feel “content, joy, alive, connected, accepting, peaceful, confident, clarity, resilient, and satisfied” when you live more consciously every day by helping yourself, growing as a person and helping others.

 Steps to start using Cred

Step 1: Install the Cred Mobile App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

Scan the QR Code to download the App from the App Store.

Step 2: Open the app. To register, click the “Join now” link at the bottom.

Step 3: Type the WNOW invite code 8eH7Ne. Continue adding the other details to finish your registration.

Step 4: Complete a 5-Question Well-being Self-Assessment.
