Food for Thought

Recently I’ve found myself thinking more about the people I’m hanging out with, the WhattsApp groups I’m part of and the media I’m consuming.

I’ve become more aware of the where I’m spending my time and what’s impacting my energy and how I’m feeling.

I’ve pulled back from a few groups and conversations that drained me.

The result?

I’m having better conversations. I’m working with people who I genuinely want to work with and who inspire me.

It starts by noticing.
