When I check-in and notice what I’m feeling, I seem to be drawn towards an underlying sense of anxiety. It often feels like a baseline that’s there for me.
I then notice that I’m genuinely excited about things that might be happening in my business or other areas of my life.
The rational part of my brain then seems to interject – “how can you feel anxious and excited at the same time?”.
You can, and its perfectly normal.
That’s why we use the language of “notice, without judging”.
It’s all ok.
