Yep, this is me. Is This you?

Is it a ritual, a habit or am I just kidding myself?

Like many people this is how I start my day. I’ve somehow conditioned myself into believing that I think so much clearly after a coffee.

With my day becoming filled with zoom calls, I now find myself making a coffee just prior to every zoom call. I hate to think of how many coffees I consume in a day.

What works for you? Coffee or something else?

I seriously need some alternatives. Would love to hear your ideas in the comments below.
